How Payment Works

Lucky Parker charges the card or wallet you choose at checkout. We do not keep the full card number.

The list at checkout is the list that applies to that order. A method can be missing on some devices.

When The Charge Happens

Payment is taken when the order is placed. If the bank does not authorize it, the order does not move into handling.

Billing Address

The billing address should match the payment method. A mismatch can hold the order.

Refunds

When a return is approved, the refund goes to the original payment method within 10 days after the item is received and inspected. If you are not satisfied, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are responsible.
